Thank you all for supporting the latest project "Hip-Hop Mixtape Volume 4". I've received emails and FB messages about how I came about creating it. A few want insights on my views and preparation making the mix. Here's my angle:

When Gang Starr dropped "Who's gonna take the weight", it was pure Hip-hop, head-bobbin, groove that cannot be denied. That track and other Guru laced tracks made the early 80s Hip-hop fresh and pure. Magnificent, one of the greatest...R.I.P.
